Welcome to Made by Poppy Jane! By placing an order through this website or via direct payment links, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Descriptions

All items are handmade with love, and small variations may occur — especially on personalised or custom pieces. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. I aim to describe each product as accurately as possible.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed through this website by submitting an order form. Once I have received this, I will send you an invoice and secure payment link via email (NatWest), please pay within 48 hours to confirm your order. If you’d prefer to order through Etsy, you’re welcome to do so — just search for Made by Poppy Jane.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty. Please double-check all spellings, dates, and personalisation details before submitting, as I work from the information you provide.

4. Processing Times

Fast-turnaround orders (greetings cards and some wedding stationery - see product listings for information) are usually processed within 3–5 working days, and items that take a little longer are processed within 7–10 working days. If you need something urgently, please contact me before placing your order to check availability.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped within the UK using Royal Mail. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your item is dispatched. Delivery times may vary — especially during busy periods — and are outside my control once your parcel has been sent.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you’re not happy with your non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original postage costs). Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Personalised/custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact me at madebypoppyjane@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can sort it out as quickly as possible. I always aim to make things right.

8. Gift Orders

You’re welcome to send items as gifts! Just leave a note with the recipient’s name and address at checkout. I can also include a handwritten note on request.

9. Copyright

All products and photography on this site are the property of Made by Poppy Jane. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use my content without permission.
